Project Manager
At Stepframe, the Project Manager (PM) is the vital hub ensuring all of our projects are completed efficiently while maintaining the exceptional quality we’re known for. Having the right person ensures our clients are happy and that we’re achieving their goals. The PM is responsible for providing communication to and from our production teams and clients, while monitoring all aspects of every project in production, from small to large. The PM will be the main point for all clients once the relationship has been established. The PM will also work with production teams to schedule and coordinate production personnel as well as external resources.
CORE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client management and communication
- Quote creation and follow up
- Define and implement project planning
- Manage internal/external resources
- Organize and conduct production meetings
- Participate in scope/estimate development
- Work with production staff to develop project plan
- Create milestone schedule
- Monitor project progress and provide status reports to the client regularly
- Track projects into project planning and timekeeping tool
- Schedule client meetings
- Act as main point of contact to the client
- Provide quality assurance check prior to delivery
- Provide leads to Sales for prospective clients/projects
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3+ years of related experience
- Robust communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently and in groups
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
- Industry knowledge/experience; familiarity with media production (design, web development, video, etc.)
