The Challenge

As the world leader in software products and development, one can understand how difficult it would be for their sales force to track all of their customer's software license agreements worldwide. Inconsistent processes or information could lead to hundreds of millions of dollars lost and unhappy customers. To simplify everything, we created the Software Assurance Calculator to accurately track Microsoft's clients, licensed products, and agreements to calculate discounts for upgrades and new purchases, among other things. Our solution also communicates with MS databases to ensure real-time accuracy and up-to-date information.

The Results:

Initially planned for use only in the US and Canada markets, it was so well accepted we were tasked to create a universal version available in 14 languages. We continue to expand and improve the tool regularly.
