Safeco Employee Traits

The Challenge

Changing corporate culture can be a nearly impossible task to accomplish, especially for a company as large as Safeco Insurance. We love those kinds of odds! So to help launch the new initiative, we began by creating a new employee brand around the traits Safeco sought to embrace. We then developed a series of print pieces using photos and stories from real employees to reinforce the message. To procreate habitual use of the traits, we created some unique reminders to help team members truly live them.

The Results:

This project was only recently completed, so results are pending...stay tuned! However, Safeco is completely thrilled with the final product.
